Karen S. Schnupp is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, as an undergraduate in 1982 and from the law school in 1985. Since that time, she has been a member of the Tennessee Bar practicing creditor’s rights law throughout East Tennessee. She is a frequent lecturer in the areas of creditor's rights and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. Ms. Schnupp is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Commercial Law League of America.
